Chiropractor, Dr. John Hamilton discusses pool-related (or pool-aggravated) injuries and how proper stretching and maintenance can make a world of difference.
“Nutrition & Fitness in Pool”
Let personal trainer and nutritionist, Michelle Jensen, help you get back in shape. The better you feel, the better you’ll be playing. She’ll teach you ways to help you build more endurance for those long tournament days and what foods are a good source of energy to keep your mind sharp and ready to kill!
